As someone that is conscious of health especially my fiber and carb intake, I love Low Sugar Drinks Organic Matcha. It is sugar-free and fibre-rich, which means I can drink it anytime of the day without worrying about any spike in blood sugar level. I really like the convenience 10 days supply plan brings. What is more important is that my grandson who once studied in Japan loved it. He is a medical doctor now. I served him the matcha tea as breakfast and offered the honey candy after meal. He wasn’t too surprised that it was from Japan. He told me how the Japanese drinks matcha tea on a daily, cold and hot. He explains the old in Japan are very healthy and lives longer.
