I love my coffee but I recently switched to early morning matcha tea. I changed job recently and my present job is more demanding. I resulted to drinking coffee late after work to relax but I wasn’t able to sleep well. It’s almost a rocky night every night for the past few months. I tried matcha tea of late and quite satisfied. Matcha makes me feel more relaxed and sleepy. I am not sure why but I intend to stick with it.
